A significant milestone has been reached.  The hotel is “substantially complete” and the City of Pullman has approved full occupancy.
There are still many details to complete throughout the new and existing building.  Expect almost all to be finished within a couple of weeks.
Cleaning the site, new parking lot striping and seal coat will be completed as the weather permits.  The exterior landscaping will be undertaken in the next month.
The kitchen is operational and the bar is almost ready.
